MilanoESGThe employee, which will report to the Head of Asset Management, will have the task of:

  • Developing and updating activities and reporting on ESG issues (internally and to clients);
  • Support the management of contracts for the provision of services to the assets of the company's clients with regard to ESG issues:
e.g. Operations & Maintence contracts for power generation plants, security contracts, contracts for auxiliary services (with direct involvement and contact with contractors to verify compliance with ESG requirements);

  • Supporting on definition and implementation of sustainability and climate change strategies;
  • Development of stakeholder engagement activities;
  • Methodological support for the drafting of sustainability reports and ESG reporting;
  • Verification of compliance with national and international sustainability principles and guidelines;
  • Assurance on data and information contained in audits of ESG sustainability reports (e.g. nonfinancial statements), ESGdue diligence;
  • Analysis of ESG sustainability risks, economic, social and environmental impact analysis;
  • Support in the compilation of sustainability indices;
  • Support in the implementation and updating of sustainability policies in the supply chain, and sustainable supply chain, management systems with reference to issues such as human rights, environment, anticorruption and diversity

Requisiti:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering;
  • 3/4 years of valuable experience in ESG consultancy/sector;
  • Solid experience and motivation in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility, Climate Change and Sustainability issues;
  • Indepth knowledge of the main issues in the field of sustainability:
standard ESG reporting guidelines (e.g. GRI, SASB, IIRC), drafting of sustainability reports, international principles and management models in the field of sustainability, definition of models for measuring economic, social and environmental impact;

  • Excellent knowledge of the main IT tools;
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Availability for travel within the national and international territory.
