Position:

Bulgari, within its
Global Merchandising Department based in
Rome, is looking for a
Merchandising Specialist.

Main Accountabilities:

Develop the Leather Goods & Accessories (LG&A) Buying and Merchandising guidelines.
Guide the Buying sessions and coordinate the Local (LG&A) merchandisers to ensure the right product assortment for each store on the basis of stores clustering, product strategies and sales analysis at the end of each buying session.
Monitor and analyze weekly sales statistics and act to maximize selling opportunities in cooperation with local merchandisers, production and logistics.
Follow assortment and set up of store openings in cooperation with the Jewelry & Watches Retail Merchandising.
Ensure a strong cooperation with the Visual Merchandising team on VM display guidelines.
Guarantee the continuous collection of information and feedback from local sales structures.
Provide feedback to the Leather Goods & Accessories Business Unit to develop future collections according to different markets and consumer needs.
Work closely with Supply Chain on stock/production related issue.
Cooperate closely with Distribution Planning to ensure distribution strategy in line with business needs and trends.

Profile:

Qualifications / professional capabilities:

Master's degree
2/4 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the Retail Industry
Strong quantitative and analytical skills with high level of accuracy
Good knowledge of the relevant market (competitors, luxury business etc.)
The knowledge of Supply Chain and distribution process will be considered as a plus
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Fluency in English and Italian
