The Job's Mission:


As a Marketing Associate, you will be part of Stryker's Medical division and play a key role in helping us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better.

You will support the development of marketing programs for our Acute Care and Sage products.

You will compile and evaluates research on the market's product requirements and identify enhancements to current features and functionality, as well as preparing product introductions and updates.


If you have sharp organizational skills
, Understand the meaning of a product or portfolio, approaches to brand structure, and their strategic implications.

This is a great opportunity to gain Marketing insights at one of the world's largest medical technology organizations. This position is based in our Rome office and we offer a hybrid work model.

What you will do

  • Understand key competitors and their relative strengths/weaknesses
  • Identify critical customer needs and preferences
  • Aid in the construction of the marketing plan
  • Understand general marketing principles such as segmentation, targeting, and positioning
  • Subject matter expert for applicable products/product lines and able to field technical questions
  • Support sales training initiatives and programs throughout the year
  • Support the onlabel use and promotion of all products
  • Understand and supports setting price and maintaining product or portfolio margin
  • Track existing KPIs and report back to the organization

What you need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
  • 1+ years in Marketing or Sales role.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
  • Proficiency in English. Spanish knowledge is desirable but not essential.
