This role offers an exciting opportunity within the rapidly accelerating Bacardi Digital Commerce business, driving Bacardi's digital commerce strategy in the short and long term.


This role offers a unique chance to broaden commercial & customer marketing experience within the constantly evolving Digital environment and requires a passionate individual with a winning mind-set.

Given the nature of Pureplay specialists, the role will also require dynamic thinking and quick action to maximize and monitor both long
- and short-term opportunities.


Responsibilities:


  • In this role you will work closely with different departments (Customer Marketing, Brand, On/Off Trade teams, S&OP) to support the acceleration of the channel through the scouting of new business opportunities, and by reinforcing existing customer relationships
  • Assist in the negotiation of annual terms and JBP planning of the channel
  • Develop and drive promotional activation calendar and content for Pure players
  • Ensure the execution of perfect digital shelf in terms of content, assortment and availability strategy to achieve "scorecards" excellence and market share growth
  • Coordinate supply operations for the launch of channel specific innovations & projects (cocktail kits, marketplace)
  • Provide ongoing eCommerce performance analysis, identify potential growth opportunities and contribute with winning business recommendations
  • Build and promote the overall Digital culture through a mixture of training, coaching, best practice and knowledge sharing
Skills and Experience

  • 2 years prior experience within eCommerce
  • Demonstrate exceptional financial, commercial & planning acumen, strong analytical skills and strategic thinking
  • Ability to spot current and future eCommerce trends and new business opportunities
  • Degree qualified, fluent in both Italian and English
  • Previous experience in P&L management and developing new accounts is a plus
