Based in our Headquarter in Carpi, Modena (Italy), for
Game 7 Athletics, a company of
Champion Europe Group, we are looking for a
Central Process Specialist who will report directly to the Central Process Manager, in a dynamic and cooperative Team.


CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer service for the Retail Stores about goods in arrival, upload delivery notes and problem solving;
  • Data entry of goods delivery notes and products orders;
  • Constant relationship with supplier customer service;
  • Export data from the systems to track data entering with focus on customer service to support the stores and sales network.

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role preferably in Retail Company;
  • Knowledge of MS Office environment, Excel (advanced level);
  • Good knowledge of English.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Team player mentality, high flexibility;
  • Problem solving;
  • Data entering abilities, precision and good organizational skills.
