Cluster IT Director Italy and GreCyMa

Position purpose:

The objective of this position is to advise the local management teams on IT strategy and the development of IT in the Cluster or Market, aligning with their respective strategic business plans and recommending, implementing, and supporting relevant technologies.

What will you do - responsibilities:

Business Relationship Management

The Cluster/Market IT Lead develops the IT strategy to support the Cluster/Market's mission and core objectives by working with the Senior Business Management teams in the location(s) for which they are responsible to fully understand their business plans
Assess and advise leaders in the Cluster/Market on technologies and/or IT services available to support the delivery of their business plans. He/she is responsible for leading and overseeing all ITrelated matters and providing effective communication to all parties involved

Business Transformation Management

Accountable for overseeing all ITrelated projects in the Cluster/Market, directly for pure technology projects (upgrades), colead business projects with high technology dependency (e.g. ecommerce), and quality control of global IT projects deployed to the market (e.g. SAP, TME, Network upgrades)
Identify systems to support Business Processes and improve current solutions, ensuring they deliver to requirements and are costeffective in alignment with IT strategy and the Application Portfolio. Govern these projects in compliance with Operating Guidelines. In a Cluster environment, develop synergies where possible with the delivery of solutions

IT Vision & Strategy

Support the development of JTI's IT Vision and Strategy by providing input on Cluster/Market requirements and priorities. Accountable for IT strategic planning in their Cluster/Market and its alignment with company strategy

IT Governance

Full ownership of respective IT budgets in Cluster/Market. Responsible for planning of the AP/SP and LE processes and delivering financial commitments with clarity on how the budget is used to run existing services, the cost of transformation/change, and efficiency gained by the changes. Optimize, control, and reduce costs when possible to improve Cluster/Market efficiency and profitability
You will be responsible for planning, resource allocation, and priority setting in line with Business requirements and IT Strategies across the Cluster/Market

Security, Business Continuity & Compliance

The Cluster/Market IT lead is the main single point of contact for all ITrelated matters and has full accountability for IT DRP as part of the Business Continuity Plan, Application Governance, J-Sox, and Audit review. The Cluster/Market IT lead ensures adequate security and authorization concerning the use of hardware, software, and data for optimal use and to safeguard continuity, confidentiality, and integrity
Ensures business continuity by supervising the IT Disaster Recovery procedures and documentation. Fully supports the Cluster/Market and global Legal teams with data investigations and chain of evidence process

People Leadership

Lead IT teams in the Cluster/Market IT team in fully embracing the Company's vision, mission and values
Be directly responsible for the hiring and termination of IT contractors

Service Delivery Management

The Cluster/Market IT Lead ensures the company's business community is provided with appropriate support and training/development in business systems, software, and hardware in order to make effective and efficient usage of systems and resources and enable users to achieve business goals. These solutions may be internally or externally provided.

Who are we looking for - requirements:

8+ years' experience in the IT discipline with 5+ years of those years in IT management
University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background (additional business education is a plus)
Proven leadership skills with business acumen to build strong business relationships at various levels of the organiza
