GENERALI INVESTMENTS PARTNERS SGR SpA is the legal entity belonging to the Business Unit Investments, Asset & Wealth Management that is specialized in managing portfolios based on unconstrained strategies, more precisely, high conviction approaches to equity and fixed income investments, as well as innovative alternative strategies.

The company leverages both internal and external expertise, the latter through boutiques that Generali Investments has either acquired, invested in or created, and in which the company holds a majority share.

Its mission is to be the growth engine of the Business Unit in terms of number of third party clients/AUM and product expertise.


The STRATEGIC INVESTORS GROUP (SIG) is a unit, which represents the interests of Generali Asset Management Companies when dealing with the Group strategic partners and key accounts.

The team is engaged in strategic initiatives that involves coordination and cross-selling activities with global firms on behalf of the Group.


Acting as an ambassador to key global relationships, SIG aims to identify opportunities contributing to the business' bottom line and ultimately resulting in a tangible growth acceleration of Generali Asset Management strategy.

The team acts as a focal point for Generali's boutiques and affiliates with these global clients, leverages the Group network, and liaises with key counterparts across front office, product and functional teams.


Main tasks:

  • Support the establishment and development of the portfolio of strategic partners and key accounts of our Business Unit
  • Contribute to the implementation of a clear account strategy through regular dialogue with clients and assessment of our internal needs and capabilities
  • Engage with our product factories as well as sales & marketing for marketing efforts and transaction execution
  • Support the provision of key information on each strategic partner or key account to senior management on a regular and asandwhen needed basis.

Requirements:


  • Master's Degree or other postgraduate degree in Economics, Quantitative Finance or related fields
  • Outstanding capabilities in Excel and Power Point
  • Interest in management experience and in the Asset Management field
  • Client centric, lateral thinker and committe
  • Must be a team player capable of working across divisional boundaries
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Extremely fluent in English
  • Knowledge of one or two other Continental European languages a plus
