Posizione:


Scope of the position:


The Brand Manager fully supports the Marketing Manager and the whole Marketing Department, especially with communication, advertising, Local Store Marketing and promotion.


Main Responsibilities:


Communications:


  • Supports the Head of Retail Marketing in the brand strategy definition including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
  • Supports the Head of Retail Marketing in the ATL and BTL communication campaigns (from brief, to evaluation, execution and definition)
  • Carries out competitor and customer insight analysis

Launch Management

  • Develops and adjusts POP materials in accordance with different touchpoints (in & out of store)
  • Legal check
  • Press coordination

Promotion

  • Promotional strategy definition and implementation
  • Offer management and development
  • Sales and financial analysis

Local Store Marketing

  • Manages all graphics dedicated to Local Store Marketing (both for own and franchisee restaurants, new openings, special projects)
  • Supports Local Store Marketing in planning and analysing restaurants activities

Co-Marketing Collaboration

  • From ideation to activation

Analysis

  • Carries out continuous and special analysis linked to costs, pricing, margins and promotions

Requisiti:


Requirements:


  • Master's degree in Marketing, Management or Economics
  • At least 23 years' experience in a similar position
  • Experience in food and or retail service Industry
  • Experience in trade marketing activities
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft suite of products (Office/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
  • Excellent in English, written and orally
  • Experience of working in a multinational, flexible environment would be beneficial
  • Required good interpersonal skills and communication skills; ability to navigate a crossfunctional environment, positive attitude
  • Good analytical thinking
