Mission of the role: Analyzing the business unit's P&L to optimize outcomes and hit targets. Overseeing control functions within the business unit and proposing improvements across various areas.

Job Summary: Efficiently managing all financial administration activities.


What You will have to do?

OPERATIONS

  • Directly supervise the Administration and Dry Storage areas, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Provide insights to different departments, support decision-making, and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Analyze relevant information to enhance results and profitability.
  • Detect synergies and optimize outcomes.


BUDGET/CLOSE OF ACCOUNTS

  • Communicate local needs regarding budget.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring compliance and defining corrective measures for deviations.
  • Implement accounting closure processes and forecasting.
  • Analyze deviations and support corrective actions.


CONTROL

  • Apply management and accounting rules and ensure internal controls.
  • Manage supplier contracts and assist with audits.
  • Optimize cost elements affecting results.


INVESTMENTS

  • Analyze investment requests and supervise project progress and investments.
  • Ensure commitments are met.


CORPORATE/FINANCIAL

  • Assist in cash budget preparation and management.
  • Collaborate in account management.


TRANSACTIONAL

  • Monitor service quality and compliance.
  • Identify and propose efficiency improvements.
  • Provide training and ensure standards compliance.


REAL ESTATE

  • Handle documentation for leasing contracts and ensure compliance.


ECONOMIC-FINANCIAL

  • Participate in budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Report deviations and propose corrective actions.
  • Contribute to projections and analyze deviations.
