Job Details

Responsibilities:

Leverage Salesforce top-class Analytics products to track partner revenue contribution and credential growth:


  • Align with the Sales Team to understand which partners are involved in which opportunities:
-
Ensure Partner requests assigned to you receive prompt responses and are resolved within SLA.

Over time, you will benefit from your strong relationships to our internal teams to redirect partner tickets to the relevant Alliances team

Work on special projects focused on Ecosystem Growth at scale, new partner onboarding and sales engagement:


  • Attend training sessions focused on product and industry knowledge, while developing an exciting career plan within a fast-paced cloud-based software company:

Basic Requirements

Completing university degree (Bachelor or Master) Graduating in 2024

Fluency in oral and written communications in Italian & English

Eligible to sign University Agreement with your current University for the full length of the internship

Team player with great communication skills

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise

Ability to take initiative and ownership of projects

Results driven

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Interest in the technology industry and in being a part of a fast-paced sales environment.

Provisional Start Date:
September/October 2023


Provisional End Date: 31st of July of 2024

Monday to Friday, 4 hours per day
