Undergraduates or graduates in Engineering, Economics
Fulltime internship (6 month)

Position Summary

She/He will support the team in optimizing After sales KPIs for machine maintenance and repair for B2C B2B.

A day in the life of
:

Ensure consistent, high service levels towards right Repair Performances and service level by monitoring and taking required action on cases
Analyse Report and Performances of Nespresso After Sales Center;
Automatize analysis on Machines Performances and Costs management;
Support in developing changes and/or enhancements to the current procedures within Operation functions, collaborating in project for lean process reengineering with Customer Relationship involvement
Collaborate in the optimization of Operational KPIs;

What Will Make You Successful:

Curiosity and interest to processes in a complex and dynamic After Sales and Technical Services;
Strong analysis and problemsolving skills;
Good communication skills;
Positive forwardlooking mindset and team spirit;
Knowledge of

Microsoft Office:
Excel (macro), PowerPoint, Power BI;

Fluent in English
