    About the Position

    We are seeking a Crew & Office Administrator to join our office in Monfalcone, Italy, in preparation for the arrival of our cruise ship MeinSchiff Relax.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate accommodation, travel, and catering arrangements for crew members, visitors, and VIPs
    • Manage suppliers and subcontractors' activities in the shipyard, ensuring proper documentation submission
    • Liaise with various stakeholders to ensure crew members have all required documentation
    • Handle crew immigration, customs documentation, and shore passes
    • Manage crew accommodation bookings and related tasks
    • Assist with day-to-day issues for crew members living in a foreign country
    • Organize apartment rentals for officers on extended on-site assignments
    • Support office supervisor with administrative duties
    • Provide assistance to management, executives, and visitors
    • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and office repairs
    • Maintain a safe working environment and organize activities
    • Handle IT equipment and data security
    • Arrange logistical support for consultants
