The
Lorenzo de' Medici Institute in Florence is seeking for a
Special Program Coordinator part-time to join the team.

This position will closely work with many offices, Academic, Registrar, Financial, Housing and external services provider, reporting directly to the CEO.

Oversee administrative aspects of programs including travel itineraries, correspondence, budget, etc.

Develop a program that involve academic activities and travel itineraries, supervise the success of the experience, provide creative solutions to problems, manage the evaluations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferred previous work experience in an academic field.
Strong organization, proven ability to deliver projects ontime with accuracy.
English mother tong or professional level.
Strong computer skills.
Skilled at working individually and in team settings.
Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills, and ability to safeguard sensitive and confidential information.
