Descrizione
We need a Service Desk Manager, who will have to lead the following activities from a customer in the fashion sector:

  • Start the Service Desk practice
  • Mentor the service desk team and manage their training
  • Be responsible for all 1st / 2nd level tickets and their dispatching
  • Periodic reporting of the service performance

Must have skills:

  • At least 3 years in the management of a Service Desk environment.
  • The resource will report directly to the CIO
  • Languages: Italian, English B2
  • Bolzano for 23 days a week, the rest in smart working

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Jira Service Desk
  • Knowledge of German language

Contratto di lavoro:
Tempo pieno
