We need a Service Desk Manager, who will have to lead the following activities from a customer in the fashion sector:- Start the Service Desk practice
- Mentor the service desk team and manage their training
- Be responsible for all 1st / 2nd level tickets and their dispatching
- Periodic reporting of the service performance
Must have skills:
- At least 3 years in the management of a Service Desk environment.
- The resource will report directly to the CIO
- Languages: Italian, English B2
- Bolzano for 23 days a week, the rest in smart working
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Jira Service Desk
- Knowledge of German language
