General Requirements

Previous experiences in the same role is mandatory (> 3 years)
Knowledge of UG NX
Languages: English

Mission:
To lead Chassis Systems development from Product Briefing till Start of Production, meeting targets concerning quality, cost, performance, timing

Main Tasks

Definition of Chassis Bill Of Material and configurations for cost analysis and budget setting (Capital, R&D and variable cost)

- to ensure the economic compliance vs Program Targets
- to sign-off and deliver the components & systems specifications to support the supplier scouting & sourcing

KPI management, on quality, cost, performance, weight

- to guarantee performance compliance to vehicle attributes targets
- to ensure that Product Portfolio Configuration fits nominal characteristics
- to lead technical validation timing, effort and deliverables
- to deliver parts throughout project phases and lead fast-track alternatives in case of required trade off
- to manage and guarantee correct information flow from/to Production and Logistics stakeholders at all Project stages
