About the department:

COTY is seeking a talented, highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Coty Italy organization.

As a Supply Chain Expert, you will manage the Availability of Stock using system, reporting and all the communication needed to deliver results and you will track and manage manipulation with third party.

This position plays a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners.

The role requires a high level of multi-functional collaboration, focus on details, and agility to deliver the dynamic supply needs of the market.


Responsibilities:

Daily check on the stock availability (regular & initiatives) using Sap, Power BI, Business Intelligence Checking availability stock for special initiatives Advising with alerts and problems about stocks Managing the contacts with the Planning team from Europe Hub Sharing stock reports with Trade Marketing and Sales teams Daily alignment with the Customer Service team Reconcile significant variances and run root-cause-analysis to align internal & external action plans; Manipulation schedule planning & tracking according to forecast.

Ability to work across different levels in the organization and across different teams to ensure everyone is updated on key timelines and/or decisions Coordinate and communicate customer action plans with factories, and supply planning, co-packing, & customer service teams for optimal service level; Monitor and evaluate KPIs such as service level.

The process includes identifying gaps, recommending and implementing actions to improve performance in key areas.


Key Requirements:
University Graduate in Management Engineer, Supply Chain Management or Economics 2-3 years of job experience in multinational environment Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and quantitative skills Excellent written and spoken communication in English Excellent proficiency in Excel Continuous improvement and project management mindset A passion for beauty SAP ERP knowledge is a plus
