PRIMARY FUNCTION:
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this position you will:
- support the Privacy Officer in developing and maintaining the Privacy Management System (policies, procedures, guidelines, templates, training materials, etc.);
- support regular execution of privacy operational processes (including but not limited to data protection impact assessments, transfer impact assessment, drafting Data Processing Agreements, updating the Record of Processing Activities, third-party monitoring);
- identify areas of improvement in local practices relative to managing data privacy, and support mitigation of risks across the company through effective guidance;
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
- Demonstrated experience in supporting data protection programs in an international environment (2 years minimum, different level of seniority may be considered).
Qualifications:
- A master's or comparable degree in a relevant field, preferably in management, corporate compliance, law.
- A demonstrated practical, real world, collaborative approach to problem solving with the ability to make sound decisions and accept result accountability.
- Ability to understand and interpret regulatory requirements and the business implications, assessing risks and provide concise businessfocused advice.
- Proactive, teamoriented and solutionoriented approach
- Communication skills with the ability to foster trustbased relationships and open collaboration with internal clients.
- Ability to coordinate crossfunctional work teams toward task completion.
- Ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines and manage own workload
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in other foreign languages
- Industry Standard Certifications (e.g. CIPP/E, CISM, CIPP/US).
- Technical information technology / information security skills
- Experience with adoption of privacy enhancing technologies
- Experience with OneTrust
- Experience with execution of Data Protection audits
