- egree in Engineering or Architecture A
- t least 10 years of experience in the project and construction management sector (Offices, Hotels, Retail) E
- xcellent knowledge of the Office package, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project. T
- he ability to use Primus and Certus will be considered an added value. C
- ertification in project management (PMI, Prince etc.) will be considered a preferential element. The possession of additional certifications (Safety, Leed/Breeam, Fire Prevention) will be considered as an added value to the profile F
- luency in English E
- xcellent communication skills and management of complex projects with numerous Stakeholders P
- revious experience in a multinational environment or in a Project & Construction Management Company will be considered as an asset. #
