Basisgroup è alla ricerca di unPOST ORDER COORDINATOR (QUALITY INSPECTION & EXPEDITING)
Job description
- attending to KoM/PIM for most critical supplies;
- informing the PT about status of projects, problems/criticalities and ongoing mitigation/resolution actions;
- communicating promptly any problem/deviation on projects to the Post Order HoD in order to develop the best strategy to implement;
- supporting Project Expediting/Inspection/Logistics Coordinators during the planning and execution of project activities;
- ensuring the management and monitoring of shop NCR detected during the inspection activities at vendor shop, sharing information with the Project Quality Engineer/Manager;
- supporting Project Expediting/Inspection/Logistics Coordinators for analysing project reports to promote any improvement.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience on similar role and industry (e.g. Inspection/Expediting coordinator)
- excellent communication and coordination skills
- ability on establishing relationship and acting as a trustful business partner
- analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
Hybrid work organization is offered for this position, although it is required working at customer's headquarters in Rome for at least 3 days a week.
