Role Overview

We are looking for

We count on you for

Develop a Packaging marketing strategy and plan
Represent Solvay's interests on industry committees (regulatory and advocacy)
Define Packaging segments and value propositions
Train regional frontline on value proposition and provide local support to implement the market plans which generate new leads
Be in charge of a global or regional marketing role for other items such as Healthcare and/or Sustainability

You will bring
Education and experience

Academic degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
Experience in leading crossfunctional teams (technology, product management, sales,...)
Knowledge of the packaging industry is a plus

Technical skills

Fluency in English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus
Strong Marketing capabilities
Knowledge of main Marketing Excellence tools
Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
