Field View Control Tower Internship (M/F)
Bayer CropScience srl is looking for a brilliant FIeldView Control Tower Intern within Customer Marketing Division.


YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES


You will support the development of the digital strategy on cereals and corn in Italy by maximizing the farmers experience through the use of the FieldView digital platform as decision support system.


You will have the opportunity to:

  • Become a product expert on the FieldView platform
  • Lead the analysis of maps and datas provided by the platform in order to build specific knowledge to support farmers decisions during the full crop season
  • Transfer to Field Force (Sales and Campaign Activation Team) the outcome of the analysis and support them to deliver the message to selected farmers
  • Support Marketing to build communication material based on the outcome of the analysis and success cases

WHO YOU ARE:


  • Degree in Agronomy
  • Required good interpersonal skills, flexibility and proactivity; Customer and Result oriented; able to manage complexity; able to plan and be aligned to company objectives
  • Digital Skills
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office (excel, power point, ect)
  • Nice to have knowledge of database management and CRM tools Experience
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) and in Italian
