Janssen-Cilag SpA is looking for a Health Economics, Market Access & Reimbursement (HEMAR) Manager, to be hired with a PERMANENT CONTRACT in the HEMAR Function, that has the goal to optimize the value of both the Company and its products, through the development of a positive external image perceived by payers, by communicating successfully the innovative values of the Company to the patients, to the National and Regional Health Service and to the community as a whole.


The HEMAR Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing relationships with EMEA HEMAR, Global Pricing and Market Access, to ensure the timely acknowledgment of local inputs, as well as the alignment between the pricing strategies and Corporate guidelines;
  • Preparing the National Price & Reimbursement Dossier, to define the product value from a Health Economics perspective and to ensure early market access within the target price and with the best reimbursement conditions;
  • Understanding business inputs and needs from the Country Value Team to translate them into initiatives and projects, that contribute to maximize product value, to obtain early market access for new products and to optimize conditions for those in the market;
  • Identifying in a timely manner the inputs relevant in the definition of MA strategies and an effective action plans design to support preparation of the annual Brand Value Plan to guarantee the success of the brand strategy for the future year;
  • Identifying Real World Evidence (RWE) needs and data sources to conduct health economics studies to optimize HTA submission and the brand value proposition;
  • Working together with Local Functions to spot regional stakeholders and define action plans to rapidly achieve local market access and an optimal level of recommendation and positioning in the regions;
  • Collaborating to internal initiatives and training sessions to increase HE and HTA knowledge across the organization;

Qualifications:


REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Academic Background: University Degree in Life Science, Health Policy, or Economics
  • A post degree in Health Economics/HTA
  • Professional Background: Minimum 1 year experience in a Market Accesss, Regulatory affairs, Health Economics or Outcome Research
  • Language Knowledge: Mother tongue or Fluent in Italian and English
  • IT Knowledge: Good Office knowledge (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point)
The figure will be located in Cologno Monzese.
