As a Retail Operations Coordinator you'll be part of the Retail Department reporting directly to the Retail Director.

Your role will help the organization to remain complaint, efficient and profitable, briefing plans aimed to improve performance, procuring materials and securing compliance

We need leading people who can stay energized for the entire journey, inspiring passion, consistency and strive to deliver brand expectations.

Your day to day:

Ensure all stores operations are performed in an appropriate and cost effective way;
Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee stockroom efficiency;
Improve operational management system and processes, formulating operational objectives;
Manage store cost budgets and forecast;
Train and supervise store staff on all operational procedures (IT software, cash, stock procedures);
You will ensure procedures (inventory, administration, cash handling) are fully efficient and provide adequate training;
On management side, you will work close to Store Management to implement target sales, through kpi's improvement, CRM data acquisition, performing regular meeting with Store Management;
You will lead projects for store openings, take overs and closures, Pop Up stores, refits, partnering with corporate functions and local providers (Legal&Admin, IT
Constructions
Facility);
You will foster a passionate work environment where trust, honesty and commitment are valued;
You will supervise and be accountable for all aspects of inventory operations, monitoring lossprevention, inventory discrepancies, store expenses and cash reports;
You will support Store Managers in recruitment process, both permanent and temporary staff;
Accurate and timely management of information, with supporting analysis, through weekly reporting.
