Responsibilities:

Support the sales team, leads the reviews and comments on commercial, technical tender terms and conditions and any necessary task during the tendering stage (e.g. risk reviews, qualification documents)
Ensure development of contract strategy based on our policies, customer requirements, and the overall execution strategy considering risk, pricing, scope, and schedule
General advice and proactive support project management, site management, supply department and other project team members in the execution of Customer Contracts, Consortium Agreements, Subcontracts/Supply contracts to secure contractual rights and entitlements
Support drafting of Subcontracts and Supply Contracts and ensures that they contain appropriate terms to protect our company interest including flowdown of main contract terms.
Performing the overall identification of opportunities for incoming and outgoing claims, developing claim strategies, preparing notifications/correspondence and related documentation (amendments, change orders, etc.)
Performing the preparation and conduction of risks and opportunities analysis/presentations, preparation of strategy papers, definition of overall project claim strategies
Conducting contract and claims negotiations and settlements together with the project management
Preparation of project related amendments, change orders and other contract related documents

Your background

Degree in Italian law or equivalent
Experience with contract law
Extensive experience in Contract Management functions with EPC energy projects or similar industrial plants
Experience of more than 5 years will be preferred
Systematic and structured work style
Conflict resolution skills, persistence and assertiveness
Willingness to travel
Fluency in Italian and English
