is selecting for a prestigious client operating in the communication and marketing field.

We offer a direct contract with the client company and a salary of euros per

German e French speaking (C2) Customer Service Operator:
Responsabilità

Requirements:

High School or Bachelor Degree;
Previous experience in customer support activities (preferably in the IT sector);
Good knowledge of the Office package;
Maximum flexibility to work shifts, onweekends and holidays;

- excellent interpersonal skills such as friendliness, speed and attention to details

Functie-eisen

Working hours:
37 hours per week from monday to sunday with two days off.
- has previous experience in customer service;
- is motivated and flexible;
- has good problem solving skills;
- is fluent in the German or french language (C2)
