Business Overview of BNP Paribas Corporate & Institutional Banking - Junior Corporate Tax Compliance
Specialist

The Corporate Tax Compliance Department has the responsibility of Branch tax obligations, of fiscal declarations and of their relevant payments.

The Corporate Tax Compliance Officer makes sure that the tax obligations and the relevant payments of the Branch are properly fulfilled both by a personal engagement and the supervision of the resources dedicated to the department.

He also engages with the Inland Revenue and other tax authorities in order to prevent or facilitate the resolution of potential litigation.

Primary Responsibilities

INDIRECT
TAX FULFILLMENTS

VAT RELATED OBLIGATIONS:
full management of all the VAT related fulfillments:

monthly VAT calculation and settlement;
LIPE;

- data collection and organization in order to fill in VAT annual declaration;
- monthly Intrastat forms;
- support invoicing process (VAT) both on accounts payable and business revenue sides;
- support Tax Function/Tax product management by managing group requests.

OTHER INDIRECT
TAX FULFILLMENTS

- stamp duties calculation and payments;
- stamp duties declaration;

TARI/TASI obligations fulfillment;

- registry tax;
- sundry Taxes.

What we expect from you

Education:
Degree in Management with major in Tax/Corporate Tax.

Behavioral skills:
strong accuracy; analytical approach; flexibility; team work.

Technical skills:
good working knowledge of English language (written and spoken); previous experience in Tax/Corporate Tax, Accounting; PC skills

According to experience.
