- Daily tender scouting on main web and Company's tools for domestic and/or foreign market of Infrastructure & Mobility.
- Coordinate with internal Commercial teams to gather relevant information for tender activities and preparing the relevant effective presentations.
- Prepare commercial presentations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and market trends in coordination with Commercial Team.
- Maintain accurate records of tender submissions, contracts, and related documents in the Company's Commercial traceability tools.
- Assist in the post-awarding phase for opening the Contracts in the Accounting System #LI-AC2
- Experience in tender scouting, analysis and tracking is preferable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tender documents and to analyze large databases.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent English is a must and a second language is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Focus on Team targets and passion for teamwork.
- Knowledge of contract law and procurement processes is preferred.
- Experience in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing industry is a plus.

Mission
The Tender and Commercial Analyst will be responsible for tender scouting and screening, dashboard preparation for the management team.
Key Accountabilities
Education
High School Diploma/GED in General Studies/Other or Business Administration Finance ManagementBachelor's Degree in Management Engineering or Civil EngineeringQualifications
