Product Manager

The challenge

An exciting opportunity has arisen to contribute to Haier Europe.

A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.

What you will do

Supporting the development and follow-up of new products.

Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.

Support the innovation funnel
Guide new products introduction by developing timeintegrated plans with sales, communications, and production
Buildup business cases to support new product launches in coordination with the markets responsible and HQ Regional Business managers
Ensure lineup performances according to yearly target in terms of volumes, net sales and profitability
Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
Support the development and update of all catalogues and pricelists
Promote and facilitate the use of materials in the various countries, defining methods and timing of distribution
Manage young team (1 / 2 resources as interns)

What you need to succeed

Must have

Solid technical approach with a natural talent and passion for design and high-tech.

Strategic thinking well balanced with well-organized and structured approach, being fast and responsive in daily tasks.

Acts with Passion for Consumers aiming to Zero Distance

Education: _Degree/Master, preferred area Marketing / Economics
Professional Experience:_ 4 years experience in electronic goods/ automotive / hightech industry or FMCG sector
Languages: _Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken. Others languages are a plus
Soft skills:_ Empathy, fast, reliable, autonomous, wellorganized with great skills in communication and team leadership

Nice to have

MBA/Master in Marketing
