Role Mission
Support CEO & COO functions, performing administrative and clerical duties to ensure efficient and smooth business operations.


Key Responsibilities
Assist the CEO & COO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include but are not limited to:

  • Manage an active calendar of appointments;
  • Complete expense reports;
  • Compose and prepare correspondence;
  • Compile documents for meetings.
  • Managing Clevel executives' personal and business diaries.
  • Manage CEO's databases and filing system.
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications.
  • Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents for the CEO when required.
  • Assist in coordinating the agenda of senior management team meetings. Prepare an account of the meetings and designate and follow up on assigned action items.

Required Skills:


  • Degree in business administration, project management or 35 years of experience in organizational roles.
  • Fluent English.
  • Certification in office administration or management is advantageous.
  • Proven experience working as a personal executive assistant.
