The Trade Support Specialist has a nexus role in the BU reporting directly to the BU Manager and has the responsibility to make sure sales activities are promptly supported and our customers feel the Company's personal touch.

Client Details Our esteemed Customer is a technical integrated industrial services distributor focused on fine chemicals (including reducing agents like Synhydrid), lubricants, refinery services and engineering, procurement and construction.

Description Accurately entering orders into our ERP system in accordance with the specific procedures Confirmation of pricing and other details with customers on all orders in a timely fashion Fulfilling customer expectation with realistic expectation Building and sustaining long term customer partnerships Prompt communication with customers and colleagues on all issues relating their orders Cooperation with the BU Manager weekly to collect data and information on customers andsales Making full use of our CRM by sharing information on relevant interaction with customers Updating customers files and close monitoring of payment deadlines Cooperate with supply chain for inventory and stock management Product blending schedule management Raw Material price tracking and intel gathering Liase with supply chain for suppliers onboarding Closely cooperate with supply chain to maintain close contact with transportation companies Data management for monthly forecast Acting in full alignment with the Company's quality and business processes Profile University degree and 3-5 years of experience in Sales support, Customer service, Trade Marketing, logistics/supply chain related area ERP and Microsoft Excel strong Skills Organized, objective, analytical and result oriented working style Strong problem solving ability A good commando of English in both writing and speaking Effective collaboration and communication abilities Job Offer Ottima opportunit di carriera.
