The Demand and Supply Planning Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the local Demand, Supply & Logistic team, for supporting S&OP Management (Demand Management), local logistics operations and supply planning, assuring alignment with CS.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and developing the team by motivating and coaching
  • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
  • Support supply chain operations & planning at market level, monitors key KPIs (forecast accuracy, logistics costs, service level, MOH)
  • Coordinate with his/her team members to achieve set goals in the areas of stock level, product supply, service level and logistics costs
  • Provide reports and analysis to upper management, supporting S&OP process
  • Coordinates demand reviews with sales teams, providing the best visibility on sales forecast over a period of 3 to 24 months in alignment also with Finance
  • Monitor supply chain performance, and continuously implement performance improvement plans.
  • Provide training and development planning for the logistics specialist to continually improve performance.
  • Assure alignment with CS & shared services provider (Genpact): Ensure the operational interface between the Business requests and the new Core Model processes, supporting followup meetings

Job Requirements:

  • Proven years of experience in Supply Chain Management
  • University Degree in Economics, Business or Engineering
  • Good knowledge of the local pharmaceutical logistic distribution model
  • Good understanding of the sales process/Business Acumen
  • Advanced English (oral and written)
  • Good knowledge of Office tools
  • Awareness with Project Management & Logistic Tools
  • Strong interpersonal and co
