The Demand and Supply Planning Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the local Demand, Supply & Logistic team, for supporting S&OP Management (Demand Management), local logistics operations and supply planning, assuring alignment with CS.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing and developing the team by motivating and coaching
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
Support supply chain operations & planning at market level, monitors key KPIs (forecast accuracy, logistics costs, service level, MOH)
Coordinate with his/her team members to achieve set goals in the areas of stock level, product supply, service level and logistics costs
Provide reports and analysis to upper management, supporting S&OP process
Coordinates demand reviews with sales teams, providing the best visibility on sales forecast over a period of 3 to 24 months in alignment also with Finance
Monitor supply chain performance, and continuously implement performance improvement plans.
Provide training and development planning for the logistics specialist to continually improve performance.
Assure alignment with CS & shared services provider (Genpact): Ensure the operational interface between the Business requests and the new Core Model processes, supporting followup meetings
