Currently collaborating with an **important client company in Latisana**, operating in the civil construction sector with a particular focus on roads and urban developments, maritime and river works, and naturalistic engineering, for the selection of a technical figure for organic expansion.

Position:
We are selecting a **SITE MANAGER**

The resource will be responsible for:

- Establishing and overseeing the various stages of construction sites, in terms of timing and methods;
- Handling the preparation of work schedules and active and passive accounting;
- Conducting cost/revenue analysis aimed at defining the best operational solution for activities;
- Maintaining relationships with clients, DL, suppliers, and CSE;
- Preparing the project budget and work schedule;
- Developing the procurement plan and liaising with suppliers.

The ideal candidate has a solid 10-year experience in the role, good mastery of technical and IT tools, as well as a deep knowledge of technical, economic, and accounting issues.

Requirements:

- Technical education (Surveyor/Engineer or equivalent);
- Previous experience in the role of at least 10 years for companies operating in the construction/civil engineering sector;
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel and AutoCAD or equivalent;
- Knowledge of Atlante (Prometheus), Project, and Trimble instrumentation would be a plus.
