We're currently looking for an
Associate Executive Assistant for our Headquarter based in Basiano (MI).

YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE:

Overseeing visitors to the office and ensuring a friendly, personal experience
Ensuring peak operations for the organization and implement preventive measures for potential issues
Responding to requests and questions about office operations
Coordinating internal and external resources, and cultivate relationships with vendors
Supporting the relevant departments to review and submit to signature documents to the President/CEO/CPO
Helping coordinate small events in the office, organizing meeting rooms and caterings
