We are seeking a hands-on, data driven, and innovative Program Manager (1 year FTC for maternity cover) to manage Amazon Freight launches in new countries and for internal Amazon customers.
- Working with the multiple stakeholders including tax, legal, product, commercial, tech etc. to execute new launches.
- Working with operational and shipper service teams, with handson management to ensure high shipper satisfaction, optimization and good partner relations.
- Support Amazon Freight's initiative to expand into new sales channels by increasing the total addressable market.
- Create detailed business requirements and product designs for new projects, including writing requirement documents, working closely with AF tech team.
Amazon Freight is building systems and capabilities to ensure that external shippers' freight in the Amazon network (vendors, suppliers, sellers) is moved with the highest service and lowest possible costs.
- Experience in program or project management
- MBA or a Degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Preferably ecommerce/direct B2B experience
