The role of Center Operations Manager
Are you ready to oversee operations at one or more USO Centers? The Center Operations Manager is tasked with managing day-to-day operations, programs, events, and activities in and around the Center(s). Additionally, this role involves supervising operational staff and volunteers, evaluating and enhancing existing programs, as well as planning and implementing new initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Centers are well-maintained, safe, and ready for use
  • Lead program planning and delivery within budget constraints
  • Identify and implement operational improvements
  • Coach and mentor staff and volunteers
  • Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures
  • Oversee financial activities and budget execution
  • Prepare and present reports
  • Communicate Center's operations internally and externally
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders to support mission delivery
  • Operate a USO or personal vehicle as needed
  • Perform additional duties as required

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a business operations or event management role
  • Experience in a supervisory capacity for at least 1 year
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
  • Fluency in English and host country language preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
