Quality & Compliance Leader -Supplier Quality Management - EMEA (fixed-term contract)

This position reports into EMEA Supplier Quality Lead and is based at Pomezia, Italy. This shall be a fixed term contract valid for 9 months.

What will you do
The Quality & Compliance Leader Supplier Quality Management - EMEA is responsible for:

Is responsible and accountable for the successful development, deployment, and implementation of the Supplier Quality Management (SQM) strategy and associated policies, procedures, program and initiatives that deliver quality/compliance, cost, and/or operating benefit to the supply chain.
Actively partners with stakeholders, individuals and teams, and external suppliers to implement innovative solutions and continuous improvements with demonstrated and measurable business results.

Key responsibilities:

Supplier selection, supplier auditing, supplier performance monitoring, supplier risk mitigation:

Have regional quality ownership of a supplier contact and relationship, own the quality responsibility agreement between Kenvue and the supplier
Manage the assigned supplier's portfolio against an acceptable GMP status and riskbased approach
Own the audit planning for the supplier and ensure timely execution and follow up
Manage/ Support new supplier qualification and change control (selection, qualification, disengagement) Implement the worldwide initiatives and other quality improvements at the supplier sites
Manage/ Support supplier quality issues (i.e., micro failures, rejects, etc.) and followup onsite investigations Support direct materials changes
Assure a continuous improvement process of the suppliers through KPI and Management Action Plan and CAPA follow up Participate to supplier review meetings

Qualifications:

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications

Scientific bachelor's degree (Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field).
5 to10 years of cosmetic product industry (or related industry) experience
Working knowledge of Cosmetics (or equivalent), operating functions of quality and compliance, material supply, material handling and control, product manufacturing, and product packaging gained through:
Experience in a GMP product manufacturing plant environment
Good knowledge of FMEA, Six Sigma, LEAN tools
Fluent English and Italian (spoken and written), Greek is a plus
Personal skills will be decisive: personal organization, autonomy, leadership, relational and communication skills, convictions, critical thinking, adaptability in a changing and complex environment, attention to details and overall view

Desired Qualifications

Scientific bachelor's degree (Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field).
