JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

Analyze sales data, web analytics, and consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth
Work with crossfunctional teams to develop product assortment strategies
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure promotional campaigns and product launches
Conduct market research to identify new products and emerging trends
Negotiate with Product Team special product, exclusives and ecommerce dedicated programs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Product Team and Brand Team
Work with the Planning team and manage inventory levels and make purchasing decisions to meet sales goals
Guarantee sellthrough target goals
Familiarity with OTB process and buying

INTERNAL:

- eCommerce team: Business/Performance Marketing/eCommerce local teams in the regions

EXTERNAL:

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or related field
3+ years of experience in ecommerce buying and/or digital analytics
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Highly structured and organized approach to problemsolving
Possess product sensibility and the ability to identify emerging trends
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally
Strong project management skills and ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
Knowledge of apparel and accessories market is a must
Proficient in Excel and experience working with data visualization tools
Experience with retail analytics tools and/or ERP systems is a plus
