MISSION:
To deliver each month the turnover assigned to his area "globally "and per "product line" and for each "customer".

To share with customers action plan to achieve annual obiectives.

RESPONSABILITIES:

CUSTOMER VISITS' FREQUENCY
Visit customers of the respective sales area, according to the customers' visits frequency defined.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

Identify Key unmet customer needs & follow competition moves per product line.
Keep a very good customer intimacy.
Assess potential per customer & per product line
Permanently ensure the solvability of the customers of the sales area and report any move in a structured way.

NEGOTIATION

Lead negotiations with his customers, respecting delegation power in place in the division.
Master all the sales pitches set up to support negotiations with the customer.

SALES PROCESS

Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects Create, plan, and deliever presentations on company products Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by udpating account information regularly Communicate customer and prospect product pain points to appropriate departments
