Fratelli is looking for a motivated student / newly graduate for a 6 months internship opportunity within the Finance Business Controlling team based in our headquarter in Parma (Italy).

Brief Description


The internship will provide the opportunity to learn about Finance & Controlling in Barilla Italian market, while putting your skills to work.

Besides being exposed to day-to-day real business experience, you will:

- get a 360° view of market financials and analytics.
- support the business through the performance monitoring and evaluation of specific initiatives.


Key Activities

  • Monthly and quarterly update of various reporting kits and focus on controlling products profitability;
  • Elaboration and reporting of monthly accruals;
  • Profitability simulation for different kind of business projects;
  • System integration of Net Sales statistics;
  • Support and contribute to the forecasting and budgeting processes;
  • Management of the cost centres related to overheads;

Who we are looking for?

  • Newly graduated, in Economics, Finance, Analytics for Business or similar.
  • Passion for finance and business controlling within Foods FMCG.
  • Highly numerate with strong analytical skills and close attention to details.
  • Excellent knowledge and use of the Office Suite and particularly of Microsoft Excel
  • Fluency in Italian, English will be considered as a plus
  • Nice to have: previous experience in the food industry and knowledge of SAP.
