Our Client is a global capital goods company specializing in equipment and services for Agriculture and Construction. In order to improve their Times and methods department we are looking for a Site Lean Leader.

Posizione:

The main responsibilities of this role are:
Provide the Site Leadership Team with support developing, deploying, and building internal skills and capabilities in ensuring the development of an "engine" of Continuous Improvement built on utilization of Value Stream Mapping and rapid, effective cadence of Kaizen utilizing the appropriate Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement toolsets;
Building key Lean / 6 Sigma / Continuous Improvement Kaizen skills as need including: Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Variation Reduction Kaizen, Transactional Process Improvement Kaizen, Rapid Change Over (SMED) Kaizen, Material Pull Systems / Kanban / Heijunka Kaizen, Total Productive Maintenance, 3P (Process, Product, Layout, Structure) Design Kaizen;
Deployment of an integrated Daily-Weekly-Monthly Management/Operating System;
Create an Engaged, High-Performance Culture that aligns the mission, values and strategy of the business to the behaviors of leaders, teams and individual contributors in the organization, embracing the principles of Leadership Humility and a "Go to Genba" (point of impact) approach to learning and problem-solving, People Engagement, Teamwork, Diversity, Results Focus, Transparency and Accountability;
Increase capabilities of Site personnel in key Lean Business System skills and toolsets.

Requisiti:

Requirements:

Undergraduated degree in Engineering or Business is preferred;
Experience teaching, coaching and facilitating teams utilizing the core Lean Toolsets in a Rapid Improvement Workshop style - Toyota Production System / Shingijutsu /Danaher type toolsets;
Minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial manufacturing business implementing the above;
Results focus and orientation. Understands and balances driving process change for sustainability while delivering on financial and operational results;
He/She has the technical capability to understand and help solve complex problems.
