Polysaccharide/protein antigens purification and oxidation/fragmentation of polysaccharides

Context

Project description

We are testing new technologies for the purification of antigens and having a stage, will give the possibility to have someone more focused on the implementation and testing a new instrument in purification workflow.

Moreover there will be the possibility to study and optimize a chemical oxidation/fragmentation process for polysaccharides.

Competencies the intern will develop thanks to the internship experience.

The stage (degree in chemistry is required) will offer the opportunity to acquire technical and scientific skills in areas mainly involving purification, chemical modification and analytical chemistry applied to vaccine antigens.
