Main tasks:


  • Understand the market needs and define a product concept guideline to provide the right input to the research team
  • Understand the Product Characteristics and Performance across different environments
  • Collect direct observations in a different cultivation environment to compare specific agronomic traits
  • Design the trialnetwork managed by Sales Force for positioning and promotional topics
  • Be responsible of the product portfolio
  • Analyze, interpret and share data and results with Sales&Marketing teams
  • Provide marketing/technical advices and guidance (traininginformation, presentations, public speeches), to the sales force and different other audience
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Manager to the commercial campaign

Qualifications:

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

  • Master Degree in Agronomy, Plant Breeding, Crop Management, Crop Physiology or correlated studies
  • Previous experience preferred with an agricultural company or university in conceiving, coordinating, executing, summarizing, and reporting results from field research trials in writing and oral presentations.
  • Knowledge in new digital platforms related to precision farming
  • Demonstrated ability to assimilate large amounts of technical information and to condense it into useable and understandable form.
  • Good communication skill
  • Good coaching and training capabilities.
  • Ability to work in team
  • Ability to network with external stakeholders (technical/academic, etc)
  • Good English speaking and writing skills and ability to communicate appropriately with diverse audiences (technical skills).
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Italy
