Our Marketing Department in Italy is looking for the next star to support Polestar's growth within the Italian market.

This role will be based at our Polestar office in Milan and will report to the Italian Head of Marketing, focusing on designing and leading our digital and CRM strategy within the Marketing department for Polestar in Italy.

What You'll Do
This position will be responsible for both Media/Digital and Customer Relationship Manager:

Media


This role will be supporting Polestar Italy with the best media strategy to achieve the goals, through efficient and effective campaigns.

In like manner, our new Digital & CRM Manager, will ensure the website is up to date with latest news, products, and events, as well as managing the local social media channels (Facebook), building the best content and plan strategy to boost the awareness of the brand and give the right visibility to the main local marketing activities.


Additionally, this role will:

  • Design the media strategy with high focus on digital channels, both ensuring the right visibility the brand needs and achieving the sales target
  • Define thoroughly the KPIs to analyse and keep track of them daily, using Google Analytics and Datorama
  • Manage the local media agency through all the phases: from the brief to campaigns optimization to KPIs analysis
  • Work on reports to keep the internal stakeholders updated, working closely with the Customer Care team and the Sales team
  • Take care of the asset's localization and execution for all channels (website, social media, newsletter), guaranteeing consistency in terms of messages and tone of voice
  • Be the main person of the Marketing team to provide an overview of the local Marketing activities, ensuring goals consistency and alignment with HQ activities

Customer Relationship Manager**Along with previous description, this role will build campaigns to target specific audiences through:
  • Design and implement full personalized consumer journeys for specific events
  • Collaborate with different internal departments, such as Sales and Customer Care to be able to deliver campaigns focusing on customer acquisition and engagement

Who You Are


We think that you are a person with strong analytics skills and a super high media and digital knowledge, driven by the ambition to help the Marketing department and the company to achieve the expected results and grow.

You also have a strong obsession for KPIs measurement and optimization, fascination for automobiles and advertising, strong understanding of branding and performance tactics on digital; and most likely you possess a proactive, organized, efficient and detail-oriented approach.


Further on, we believe you have:

  • Master's Degree: Media or communication science or equivalent degree with a focus on Marketing /communication/advertising
  • Previous experience (at least 4 years) in a media agency or media/digital department in a structured company
  • Strong understanding of Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube as well as programmatic platforms DV360
  • Ability to interpret analytics, communicate results and formulate strategy
  • Good knowledge and understanding of the CRM journey
  • Fluency in Italian and English, further language(s) an advantage
