Job Description:

ROLE MISSION

The _
Junior Merchandiser_

- operatively supports the Head of _

Merchandising _

- and the whole merchandising team in all the activities related to the collection development, focusing on analytic aspects in both Retail and Wholesale network._

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- _ Managing sales and general performance analysis_
- _ Create periodical reports_
- _ Support the _Merchandising team _in:_
- _ Developing the seasonal collection briefing_
- _ Collecting data and conduct market and competitor analysis_
- _ Product presentation and training preparation_
- _ Developing pricing structures of the collection_
- _ Dealing with the Creative and the Product Departments in all the activities related to the collection development_
- _ Buying sessions and showroom sales campaigns activities_
- _ Sell-in and sell-out analysis_

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- _ Proficient in MS Office, BI database systems_
- _ High analytic skills_
- _ Fast learning, proactivity and flexibility_
- _ Able to cope with stress and work under tight deadlines_
- _ Product, competitor and fashion market knowledge_
- _ Prior experience in similar position, or in RTL merchandising._
- _ Passionate for fashion and apparel world_
- _ Teamworking_
- _ English fluent_
- _ University Degree in Economics or related studies_
