In this role, you will:

  • Activate external recruitment/temporary personnel agencies based on local needs and within the assigned budget, when appropriate
  • Guarantee the onboarding program for all the new hired people making sure that they receive the necessary tools, policies and procedures
  • Follow up with Line managers to fill in the probationary period templates and advice on possible development recommendations for new comers
  • Daily contact and support with business functions
  • Back office activities
  • General support to the HR department

For this role, we're looking for someone with:

  • EDUCATION: master's degree in Human Resources (preferred) or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • EXPERIENCE: 1 year in the role
  • LANGUAGES: Fluent Italian and English, other languages are a plus.
  • Strong Analytical skills and Good interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving attitude and proactivity
