About the Role:
The Workplace Experience Host is an integral part of Latham's Workplace Experience team.

This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations by providing an elevated service that allows internal and external clients to work seamlessly, productively and efficiently.

This role will be located in our Milan office, and the presence of at least one team member is required between 10:00 AM to 21:00 PM (flexible shifts).


Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Offering a genuine welcome to all visitors and personnel; escorting internal and external clients to their destination
  • Anticipating client needs through meticulous preparation and organisation
  • Maintaining Guest Services and other relevant inbox communication and ensuring onestop resolution service to clients
  • Assisting with various ad hoc tasks including, but not limited to: booking conference rooms and visitor offices, ordering taxis, logging or handling of minor repairs, print & mail support, access card loans, ordering supplies, etc.
  • Ensuring that workstations, offices, and collaboration spaces are presentable, equipped, configured to customer specifications, and ready for use

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • Are passionate about providing a high standard of customer service
  • Exhibit well developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm
  • Display IT fluency, including proficiency in Excel

And have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian
  • The ability to manage time well, prioritise effectively, handle multiple deadlines, and confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion
  • Experience of working in a role where firstclass customer service is required
