We are currently looking for a
Parts Accessories Manager in Milan.

The
Parts Accessories Manager, reporting to the AS Business Sr Manager, will take care of the following tasks:

Commercial Programs

  • Develop
    commercial actions to sell and promote Kia current and new products, and develop new sales channels according to changing business environment, to achieve targeted objectives.
  • Specific
    focus on: Genuine parts, genuine accessories, parts for old vehicles, EV related business, oil, wholesales.
  • Develop
    network incentive programs, to ensure Dealer engagement, according to business plan defined budget.
  • Ensure
    parts availability with relevant suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain
    relationships with external suppliers to ensure compliance with the contract and service level agreements.
  • Review and advise on local specific adaptation of Kia policies and their implementation to support business objectives and achieve service improvement. Develop Parts and accessories programs accordingly.
  • Results monitoring: precise, complete, on time reports.

Planning Analysis

  • In cooperation with Planning Analysis owner_
  • Define, propose, implement an
    annual business plan to achieve targeted objectives, in line with overall strategy.
  • Monitor, review and update
    sales forecasts in a timely manner and according to business needs, making tactical adjustments where necessary and producing regular reports for Kia management and Kia Europe.
  • Define
    individual dealers' objectives in line with Parts and Accessories sales plan and supervise network activities to enable dealers to maximize their performance (communication, systems setup, parts availability, monitor performance vs targets).

Monitor sales trends, sales volumes, dealers' performance and Parts Accessories campaigns impact on PL.

  • Ensure the accurate and
    timely payment of dealer incentives and bonuses, within assigned objectives, monitor suppliers bonus contribution.
  • Oversee the administration of purchase orders and suppliers invoices, to ensure accurate and timely payment.
  • Supervise sales analysis and reporting within the team.
  • Results monitoring: precise, complete, on time reports.

Pricing

  • In cooperation with PA Pricing owner._
Guarantee Kia
profit and product competitiveness through products' appropriate price positioning.

Manage categorization and monitoring of competitors pricing choices, Dealers' discounts, and overall price structure, in cooperation with Parts Accessories Pricing specialist.

Ensure warranty costs related to parts profit are under control.


Network support

  • Ensure Dealer's prompt support through the available channels.
  • Ensure proper level of stock at Dealer, with replenishment system implementation, initial stock definition, scrapping policies management.
  • Support Training Dept in developing specific parts training, or directly organize network trainings.

Customer Satisfaction

  • In cooperation with Supplier's referent Owner_
Support Service Dept and Network in solving critical back orders or missing parts cases, cooperating with suppliers.


Team contribution
Support and motivate Parts Accessories Team members, to ensure the best team performance and a good work environment.

Cooperate with Ownership Experience Team overall, Sales and Product teams, and all Kia's Partners referents.

  • English: fluent, spoken and written
  • Italian: fluent, spoken and written
  • Good numbers literacy and understanding
  • Excellent commercial and negotiation skills
  • MSoffice proficient
The position will be based in Milan and we offer a permanent contract.
