Hamburg ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


Operate and execute the Hamburg and Antwerp LCL HUB and LCL Ocean network (load planning and optimization) within the defined geographical regions Responsible to fulfill and exceed JAS expectations by providing the highest possible service and quality to JAS branches and JAS agents Ensure cost leadership for cost of sales (e.

own consolidations or co-load) In conjunction with the Hamburg LCL HUB Manager achieve Operational Excellence within the defined geographical regions Arrange the exportation / re-exportation of LCL shipments from Hamburg and Antwerp to final destinations in accordance to the routing guide, sailing schedule and country requirements Arrange the importation of LCL shipments to Hamburg and on forwarding to final destinationin accordance with destination country requirements Manage general administrative functions, including:


Monitoring carrier and vendor performance including subcontractor warehouse acting as CFS (transit, document performance & timely invoicing) File reconciliation Tracking and tracing requirements / systems Follow country specific rules and regulation (e.

FMC and AMS) Customs handling for DCCs C1 data to be added for shipments from JAS agents RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure local and trans-shipment cargo move as booked Co-ordinate loading and/or devanning of own consolidation containers with CFS Maximize consolidation opportunity Ensure sailing schedules are up to date Ensure global routing guide is followed Ensure carrier policy is adhered to Ensure ITP pricing is up to date Any other duties as required QUALIFICATIONS:

Excellent organizational skills Excellent written and verbal skills Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Detail oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently Fluent in English (written and spoken) Work under pressure and deal with tight deadlines with high energy and resilience Good business understanding and cost awareness Experienced in customs handling Communicate and network using advanced inter-personal skills EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
3 years of overall industry experience, with at least 1 year of experience with LCL shipments Solid understanding of NVOCC LCL business (Documentary requirements & process, CFS operations, Ground transportation, etc.)
Prior experience with a Global LCL carrier or forwarding / logistics company ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and finger to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear
