HEAD OF SALES - ITALY
Place of work:

The Head of Italy Sales will be
responsible for the development and achievement of Italy Sales focusing on
growing and developing new clients and generating new business.
He/she will be responsible to
lead the Sales Italy team and for
targeting new clients with propositions and
maintaining long term key customer's relationships by comprehending their requirements and needs.
The position is
a key role in the context of growth of the company and exposes to tremendous professional opportunities in terms of responsibilities and geographical span
Job Main Accountabilities:
- **Coordinate
and manage Italy Sales activities** and Sales Hunters Team
- Responsible for
the acquisition of new clients by coordinating and producing new business pitches and ensuring the effective onboarding of new clients. - Responsible to **monitor
and achieve the Sales targets** assigned for the entire Italy Sales Italy Team. - Responsible for the presentation of
regular Sales reports, progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using the Company's sales KPIs and metrics.
Manage the team the definition and development of the creation of sales toolkits to enable go-to-market strategies in coordination with the Marketing Team

Manage the team in terms of resolution of issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Constantly monitor trends in the Italy Insurance, Fleet, Mobility and Analytics industry through traditional and advanced channels of communication (web, social networks) in order to identify risks and opportunities
- Participate in industry events as a delegate or speaker
Professional requirements:
- At least
1012 years of experience in similiar roles (Head of Sales) working in a
global & international Company operating in both** Insurance
and Rental **fields. At least 15 years professional experience - Bachelors and Masters in Business Administration or Engineering is recommended
Languages: English Fluent, Italian or third European language (plus)
- Experience in providing solutions based on customer needs and Software as a Service
- Experience in financial reporting and financial budgeting processes
- Experience in **team management
and coordination* - Availability for national travels based on business needs
Soft skills requirements:
- Able to function in a complex, agile, fastmoving workplace and adapt to the changing environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to analyse data, understand trends, etc.
- **Strong leadership
and communication skills**, motivational and
team building attitude
- Strong written, oral and presentations skills with demonstrated experience communicating information to executive management, prospects, clients and public groups
Nice to have requirements:
- Good knowledge of Salesforce
- Knowledge of Fleet Management or Vehicle Sharing environment
- Experience or strong interest in digital and subscription economy as well as digital solutions and digital customer experience models
- Experience with Big Data and/or High-Tech companies preferred
