Our office in Via Bigli is the heartbeat of Off White where Virgil's creative and inspirational input is seen throughout the space.

Bigli is the community of the Off White Style, Graphic, Marketing and Product teams and is inclusive and inspiring as per definition of the brand Off White

THE ROLE
Off-White is looking for a Collection Back Office Intern to join the team and support the Collection Coordinator.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Samples trafficking and management (in collaboration with product team, logistics, showroom, marketing)
Manage the coordination of technical activities (providing deadlines and prioritizing)
Assist in administrative and logistic duties
Manage archive's rental
Support in managing the creative director agenda (set up meetings room, models and photographers)
Participation during pricing meetings

WHO YOU ARE

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or similar
Proficient use and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of Excel
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure
Organized, with the ability to work proactively on multiple projects simultaneously
The ability to manage stress and adapt to a fast paced ever changing environment
Fluent in English both written and spoken
